Option 2 is to order the File, which includes the File folder, plastic sleeves, table of contents, and the prepared file setup to help you organise and store all important documents. Courier costs are not included in the price. This process takes longer, approximately one week, as the file and dividers need to be prepared before shipping.
✔ EXECUTORSFILE provides the framework, but you as the purchaser are responsible for supplying the documents according to the Table of Contents.
✔ There may be more sections included than you personally require. For example, not everyone owns property, so that section may simply remain empty and can be ignored.
✔ The Table of Contents is designed to give you guidance and examples of the documents that may be required by the executor.
✔ You are welcome to adapt and customise the contents according to your own needs.
